Lee is a long time resident of Spring Woods Mobile Home Subdivision HOA Inc. As our President, Lee is responsible for overseeing community operations and services and leading our team.
Thomas Senatore
Vice President
Thomas is a USMC Veteran, Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, GRI, CFRM, CIPS Candidate and Florida Certified Instructor. Thomas brings decades of experience managing apartments buildings, mobile home parks across Florida.
Sharon Williams
Treasurer
Sharon has worked on and along our board of Spring Woods Mobile Home Subdivision HOA Inc. for many years. Sharon and others helped to get our budget back in order and is committed to providing members with anything they need in order to have a comfortable and pleasant living experience in our community.
Robert Todd Rioux
Secretary
Here to serve our community, Robert is new to our board at Spring Woods Mobile Home Subdivision HOA Inc. and brings many years of industry experience. Robert has been at the forefront of community living and is available to answer any questions.
James Hamilton
Director
James is a U.S.N. Veteran, as director of Spring Woods Mobile Home Subdivision HOA Inc. He's here to oversee community activities and maintenance services. James is committed to providing members with what they need in order to have a comfortable and pleasant living experience in our community.
